The Cross Apogee fountain pen has a very modern design with highly polished appointments. This pen is available in three different styles, with each of them supplied with an 18 carat solid gold fountain pen nib.
The three styles available include the chrome, a very distinctive design, easy on the eye and brilliant on the page. Also available in black lacquer, giving a highly polished look. The Apogee Titan red really stands out from the others in its bold colouring.

This is a great pen and at a great cost. One of my friends recently bought a MontBlanc and actually likes this Cross a little more. It has good balance and weight and a nice sturdy construction. I always have it on my person, using it when I grade papers. I would definately by another. I also think that some of the Apogee fountain pens have a stainless nib, I'd actually recommend the 18K gold nib as steel nibs tend to feel scratchy.
