The Cross Compact is a great fountain pen which writes really well. The ink flow is lovely and smooth, with no blotting. Ink refills are fairly easy to get hold of and in a good selection of colors. Overall it has a great feel to it, it looks great and it is very easy to use! I definately recommend this class act from Cross, overall one for the collection.
