The improved reputation of fountain pens for writing during the recent number of years has been mirrored by a rise in the quantity of collectors. A while ago I used a Mont Blanc pen from a work colleague and felt I was in the presence of something special. Looking around I found a merchant auctioning a Meisterstuck Solitaire Ceramics Black Prisma. Luckily I purchased it for a superb price. The auction said that it was as good as new and I must say was he truthful. It was in new in the box condition, with internal and outer boxes and all the papers. Without doubt this is a classic pen and all my friends is asking me how they can purchase one. The most important fact for me is that it is a classic Mont Blanc. It moves across paper like no other pen I’ve ever used. I thank the Mont Blanc designers, it really is a masterpiece.

It's necessary to decide upon a nib with the most suitable point to accomodate the users writing habits. There are different flow sizes that give correspondingly different sized scripts, depending upon the amount of pressure that is used on them.
